Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, launch, and steward Customer Advisory Boards for strategic merchants across Europe.
  • •Build and scale merchant communities and executive engagement programs to deepen relationships and foster peer collaboration.
  • •Integrate customer perspectives into internal and external decision-making and innovation processes.
  • •Represent Adyen in industry boards, forums, and working groups; influence external stakeholders by aligning Adyen and merchant perspectives.
  • •Develop and publish thought leadership content and lead conference speaking strategy in partnership with Marketing, PR, and Communications.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, product, strategy, partnerships, or related roles within B2B SaaS, fintech, risk, or payments.
  • •Proven track record building and scaling Customer Advisory Boards, executive engagement programs, and customer communities.
  • •Experience engaging enterprise/strategic accounts, including influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated ability to shape product strategy and roadmaps using customer insights and market feedback.
  • •Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and ability to translate industry trends into actionable insights.
