  • •Partner with engineering and manufacturing to identify, assess, and mitigate process safety risks for new materials and complex processes.

  • •Facilitate hazard analyses, audits, and investigations, and share findings to improve system-wide performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in process engineering, technology development, or process safety in complex manufacturing.
  • •3+ years of experience with RBPS or equivalent process safety frameworks.
  • •Experience facilitating hazard analyses, risk assessments, and root cause investigations.
  • •Ability to interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and user documentation.
