Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve operational, infrastructure, or hardware incidents across multiple data centers.
  • •Manage the complete data center hardware lifecycle, including deployment, operation, and decommission.
  • •Physically rack and cable equipment, and track/organize incoming equipment storage.
  • •Perform quality assurance testing, troubleshoot recurring issues, and schedule/track maintenance tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 1+ year of data center experience; or 3+ years of data center experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Professional experience working in a data center or with IT hardware.

  • •Linux and Windows OS system administration experience.
