Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers and guide them through the observability maturity journey.
•Provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance to drive adoption and ensure customer success through regular health checks and RCA when issues arise.
•Lead training sessions, workshops, and develop technical documentation to enable customers and internal teams.
•Collaborate with customers to develop and execute technical roadmaps, identify cost-optimization opportunities, and drive adoption of new products and features.
•Own customer lifecycle in collaboration with Engagement Managers and Onboarding Solutions Architects to maximize value and ROI.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•5+ years of experience in a technical support, technical account management, consulting, SE or Professional Services role within the technology industry
•Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes
•Strong understanding of observability solutions; Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is a plus
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to travel up to 25%
