Design, build, and optimize end-to-end software solutions that support business operations. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring secure, efficient IT systems, data workflows, and high-quality deliverables. Lead the design and implementation of complex services and applications using Java 21 (Spring Boot), React, and Flutter, including REST/GraphQL integrations, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and implementation of complex software solutions that meet quality standards and requirements.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews for maintainability and best practices.
•Contribute to architectural decisions and help design scalable, efficient systems aligned with business objectives.
•Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and external systems; troubleshoot issues and optimize software performance.
•Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing, technical documentation (specifications and system architecture), and drive process improvement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
•Proficiency in Java 21 for enterprise backend development.
•Experience building responsive web interfaces with React and cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter (Android and iOS).
•Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
•Depth across the SDLC from requirements analysis through testing, deployment, and maintenance.
