Senior Associate - Call Center (Outsource) Pipeline

Provide high-quality call center customer service and professional communication. Maintain deep knowledge of Bupa Arabia departments, network, products, and services to answer inquiries accurately, including network/treatment details, paperwork requirements, and general questions. Use multiple systems for preauthorization, claims research, contract interpretation, and provider network status.
