•Stay ahead of trends by researching new products, techniques, and beauty trends to provide relevant advice.
•Help clients achieve sales objectives and KPIs by supporting Sephora Canada in growing in-store performance.
•Maintain a welcoming space: manage stock and merchandising and ensure a clean, organized, inviting environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17.1 - 21.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in a retail beauty environment.
•Passion for beauty and trends, with confidence in communication and product knowledge.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Contributes to teamwork and an inclusive environment while meeting store goals.
•Physically able to lift and move up to 22.7 kg.
