Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical programs for engineering initiatives from concept through execution, partnering across engineering and business to meet initiative and product objectives. Own program planning, feasibility scoping with SW/HW architects and technical leads, and schedule development with staffing plans. Establish formal program management artifacts (SOWs, timelines, budget/scope, performance and quality KPIs) while managing risks to protect engineering cost and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, plan, and drive projects and program plans with management and senior technical guidance.
•Analyze requirements to scope technical feasibility for new products with SW/HW architects, technical leads, and engineers.
•Develop program schedules based on dependencies across driver, SW stack, and HW/FW components, and negotiate staffing plans.
•Build, create, and maintain a managed program plan for execution.
•Establish formal program management artifacts, including plan of record, statements of work, timelines, budget/scope, performance, and quality KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Solid knowledge of technical program management with a track record delivering sophisticated software/hardware programs.
•Drive program schedules for business planning aligned to business strategy and growth.
•Scope technical feasibility of new products by analyzing requirements with SW/HW architects, technical leads, and engineers.
•Develop program schedules considering driver, SW stack components, and HW/FW dependencies, including staffing plans.
•Comfort working with senior executives and collaborating across Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Engineering organizations.
