Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist engineers with planning and design of municipal water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, pump stations, force mains, gravity sewers, and conveyance infrastructure.
  • •Support preparation of engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
  • •Develop engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
  • •Perform engineering research, data collection, and technical analyses, including hydraulic calculations and system evaluations under senior engineer guidance.
  • •Participate in field investigations, site visits, construction observations, condition assessments, and help with project documentation and engineering records.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline and have completed at least 2 years of study.
  • •US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
  • •Strong academic performance with coursework in hydraulics, fluid mechanics, water resources, environmental engineering, or wastewater engineering.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
