Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day field oversight and supervision for MEP/FP system installation across construction stages.
  • •Review and oversee MEP/FP work packages, daily huddles, look-ahead schedules, site logistics, and material/equipment readiness.
  • •Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors, and manage RFIs, submittals, and related documentation.
  • •Review BIM models and interface with stakeholders, AHJs, designers, and operations for outages and tie-ins.
  • •Monitor fire protection planning/phases, including wet/dry/preaction/deluge and clean agent systems, and support testing and acceptance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering or Construction Management with 4 years of MEP construction related experience (or AS with 6 years, or HSD/GED with 8 years, or equivalent).
  • •4 years of experience as a Superintendent.
  • •Airport/aviation construction experience preferred.
  • •Experience with construction software such as CMIC, Procore, and E-Builder.
  • •Experience managing construction documentation including RFIs, RFPs, and change order management.
