  • •Manage daily production requirements through subordinates to meet operational needs.
  • •Ensure team members follow procedures to achieve maximum efficiency, compliance, and safety.
  • •Coordinate maintenance manpower requirements, including overtime monitoring and alignment with program scheduling and priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalency, plus 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
  • •FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
  • •Pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
  • •Secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
  • •Preferred: 1 year of leadership experience supervising production operations in heavy/shop maintenance and experience supervising/leading workgroups.
