  • •Define and lead the enterprise-wide Data Governance strategy aligned to business objectives, digital transformation priorities, advanced analytics initiatives, AI readiness, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Engage executive-level stakeholders to secure sponsorship and drive accountability for data as a critical business asset.
  • •Lead a global organization overseeing data domain stewardship, master data technology platforms, and governance & compliance teams across functions and geographies.
  • •Establish and embed governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls, monitoring compliance and improving data quality and governance maturity.
  • •Drive master data management vision and governance processes to improve data quality at source and deliver measurable business value through KPIs and performance scorecards.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise information management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role directly managing Senior Managers and £M budgets.
  • •Proven ability to build and lead global data governance programs in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • •Experience managing MDM platforms, data stewardship frameworks, and data product lifecycle.
  • •Demonstrable experience building and managing teams to deliver complex data and analytics requirements.
  • •Expertise in data governance operational processes including DQ measurements/tools, data maturity assessments, data architecture/technical solutions, and policy/standards enforcement.
