Processing Mechanic - 2nd Shift

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a food processing environment. Review work orders, arrive prepared for crisis calls, and use blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose issues. Disassemble equipment, replace faulty parts, test subsystems, and fabricate replacement parts as needed. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and support installation of new equipment and utilities in accordance with specifications and safety policies.
