Key Responsibilities

  • •Use PPE accurately and consistently (safety glasses, steel toe shoes, hand gloves, uniform as required).
  • •Receive daily work assignments from the Team Leader/Team Manager and execute production using Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Report deviations related to safety, quality, parts, and equipment to Status Boards and update the Team Leader/Team Manager.
  • •Lead daily participation in status board meetings by explaining deviations and proposing solutions.
  • •Continuously improve through waste elimination, daily/weekly 5S routines, cross-training opportunities, and learning during downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED minimum.
  • •2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with machines, equipment, jigs/fixtures, and measuring instruments.
  • •Able to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
  • •Intermediate computer skills.
  • •Crane and forklift certifications are preferred (nice to have).
