Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive end-to-end technology design, implementation, and optimization projects aligned to customer business outcomes and strategic objectives.
  • •Own technical delivery for assigned engagements by resolving sophisticated issues using lab simulations and advanced troubleshooting.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to support presales, translate requirements into solution architectures, and influence technology transitions.
  • •Develop and maintain technical deliverables (HLD/LLD, implementation plans, and digital intellectual capital) using AI and automation to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • •Implement delivery methodologies and provide technical guidance to ensure project quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across teams and customer environments.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years managing full lifecycle planning, design, implementation, and optimization for 4G/5G mobile wireless solutions and end-to-end mobility architectures.
  • •Deep technical expertise in 3GPP standards and packet core nodes including S-GW, P-GW, MME, SMF, and UPF, plus StarOS and Cisco hardware platforms such as ASR55k, UCS, and Nexus.
  • •Proficiency with cloud-native and virtualization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and OpenStack, plus automation skills in Python, Linux, and AI/ML.
  • •Ability to produce HLD/LLD, MOPs, and implementation plans, and perform software risk, security vulnerability, and network health assessments.
  • •Customer-facing ability to resolve proactive technical problems and communicate effectively across Cisco and third-party ecosystems.
