Key Responsibilities

  • •Review trust agreements, amendments, restatements, wills, codicils, and other estate planning documents for legal accuracy and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • •Collaborate with Baird Financial Advisors, Market Directors, and PWM associates to answer questions and provide thought leadership.
  • •Create and deliver presentations on estate, tax, and trust planning topics for internal associates and continuing education seminars.
  • •Assist Trust Counsel and Baird Trust associates with trust and estate matters as needed.
  • •Participate in Trust Company projects and help introduce new initiatives, systems, products/services, and processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 91,800 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctorate (JD), CFP, or CTFA are a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • •5+ years of experience in the trust industry (preferred).
