Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure alignment on development goals and strategic direction.
  • •Serve as a key point of contact for client communications and decision-making support.
  • •Provide leadership and oversight across all functional areas within the project team, including setting expectations and monitoring performance.
  • •Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule, including conducting site inspections and quality checks.
  • •Manage reporting, contractor submittals/RFIs/shop drawings, and maintain project risk and issue logs while coordinating stakeholders to minimize construction disruption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 275,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in site-based project management, including at least 2 years in data centers.
  • •Strong understanding of CSA and MEP.
  • •Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • •Ability to interpret technical regulations, permits, and environmental standards, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
