Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month-end and year-end close processes for assigned entities to ensure timely, accurate, GAAP-compliant reporting.
  • •Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, including recurring close entries and financial results.
  • •Oversee general ledger and balance sheet integrity across multiple legal entities, covering areas like fixed assets, accruals, and cash/credit card reconciliations.
  • •Lead intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and issue resolution across global entities.
  • •Supervise and develop accounting staff (2+ direct reports) and strengthen internal controls; support audits, tax, and statutory reporting while improving and automating processes across the accounting tech stack.

Key Requirements
