Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the AI enablement strategy, including roadmap, learning journeys, and adoption initiatives.
  • •Design and deliver a company-wide AI curriculum, leading cohort-based sessions to upskill the workforce in generative AI.
  • •Provide 1:1 coaching and run hands-on workshops, demos, and office hours to build practical confidence with AI.
  • •Develop an AI Champions network and teach employees to identify AI opportunities and build assistants, workflows, and agents using Claude and Copilot.
  • •Manage internal AI communications and a self-service AI learning hub, and measure AI adoption and impact to continuously improve the program.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years leading AI enablement, L&D design, digital adoption, transformation, and change management.
  • •Hands-on experience with generative AI tools including Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
  • •Proven experience designing and delivering training programs and learning content.
  • •Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience designing AI agents, workflows, or automation; able to use data/dashboards to drive insights.
