Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Design Management team and support team leadership with business development and team performance reviews.
  • •Lead Design Management projects across the UK and internationally, including review of work outputs for quality and contractual compliance.
  • •Manage AECOM financial processes and invoicing, including team business planning target monitoring.
  • •Manage sub-consultants: define responsibility matrices, draft back-to-back contracts, update and finalize documents, and oversee cash flow projections.
  • •Establish and implement Design Management procedures (roles/responsibilities, design programmes, deliverables/outputs, design quality, budgets/change, approvals, and design coordination/meetings).
