Product Design Director, Card Servicing and Support Platform Design

Lead the Card Servicing & Support Platform Design team within the Experience Design organization, shaping design strategy for emerging business areas and driving high-complexity internal platform experiences. You’ll standardize repeatable design systems, prototype and build “player-coach” style, and partner with research and product/tech leaders to transform backend complexity into intuitive, scalable servicing tools for internal support teams and customers.
