Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cross-disciplinary design team and collaborate with research, product, and tech leadership.
  • •Define design strategy and roadmap direction for nascent domains, moving initiatives from abstract concepts to concrete plans.
  • •Drive design of internal platforms that author workflows, govern content, and orchestrate operational tasks using scalable design foundations.
  • •Standardize complexity through design systems and reusable patterns to enable consistent, high-integrity experiences across platforms.
  • •Serve as a player-coach by prototyping, visualizing complex workflows, and teaching design value to technical and business stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,400 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in a product design role.
  • •At least 3 years of experience leading design teams.
  • •Create and execute design strategy for high-priority, emerging business areas where the target state is not yet known.
  • •Operate across UX/UI, strategy, content, and research from strategy through delivery to market.
