Marketing Proposal Specialist

Create and coordinate marketing proposals for the East Region Marketing team, supporting capture efforts from early stages through interview. Lead small to medium proposals, manage proposal content, schedules, templates, and compliance, and provide conceptual guidance on document design. Facilitate review cycles and implement revisions, conduct go/no-go analyses, and run debriefs to improve future proposal performance. Partner with teams across the business to develop proposal materials.
