Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an ambassador for the John Lewis brand and deliver excellent customer service.
  • •Work with the warehouse team to help load deliveries at the customer delivery hub.
  • •Handle unexpected situations in customers’ homes and find the best possible solution.
  • •Install products (including TV/Advance Audio and wet connections where applicable) and demonstrate how they work once installed.
  • •Keep up to date with new products and technologies and maintain a safe working environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 13.97 hourly
