Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow a senior frontend platform engineering team supporting Ambient AI, setting technical and execution standards in a healthcare-grade environment.
•Own the frontend platform used across Ambient experiences (web, mobile, embedded surfaces) and architect real-time and async workflows (audio capture, streaming updates, AI state transitions).
•Build and scale shared UI primitives, component libraries, and design systems used across Ambient while improving performance, latency, and offline behavior.
•Improve developer experience with streamlined local development, testing, CI/CD, and release workflows, and define observability and performance metrics for frontend systems.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Compliance, and Security to translate clinical workflows into scalable UI platforms and guide frontend technical direction.

Key Requirements

•Must have engineering experience leading frontend or platform teams and building shared UI infrastructure or design systems.
•Strong expertise with modern frontend stacks (React, TypeScript, modern build tooling).
•Experience supporting real-time, data-intensive, or mission-critical user workflows in high-stakes environments.
•Proven ability to deliver platform capabilities used by multiple product teams and influence technical direction.
•Ability to communicate effectively and coach teams across platform, product, and design boundaries.
