Job Summary

Lead the evolution of the Pathfinder cloud offering by designing and building a platform-native module and secure, scalable services for SaaS. Own architecture for the NHI Governance domain, driving server-side discovery, assessment, and remediation of non-human identities across cloud and on-premise environments. Build and maintain resilient APIs and data pipelines, define cross-team interfaces and contracts, mentor engineers, and improve quality, observability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient platform services, APIs, and data pipelines.
•Own architecture for complex cross-cutting systems and define interfaces and contracts other teams depend on.
•Provide technical oversight and lead design for complex projects spanning multiple teams.
•Mentor and coach engineers, promoting best practices in security, operational excellence, and cloud-native development.
•Drive quality, observability, and performance across the services your team owns.

Key Requirements

•Expertise architecting and developing microservices and cloud-native solutions.
•Strong programming skills in C#, Go, TypeScript, Java, or other modern languages with deep API design and microservices architecture experience.
•Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or comparable agentic AI coding tools) to design, build, and review software with effective patterns and guardrails.
•Strong, hands-on AWS expertise for production applications at scale, including compute (e.g., EKS), networking, IAM, and managed data stores.
•Understanding of CICD strategies and hands-on Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
