Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect repaired and primed panels to ensure complete body repairs and primer application per SOP.
  • •Review incomplete, missed damage, or improper repairs with management before proceeding.
  • •Mask/protect adjacent non-refinish panels before final sanding.
  • •Prepare repaired and primed (including blend) panels for final finish using abrasives and power/hand tools per SOP, avoiding over- or under-sanding.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures and participate in safety activities; assist with training/orientation and housekeeping as assigned.

Salary: USD 1.25 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •1 year of body shop and/or prepping experience (preferred).
  • •Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear; and stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
  • •Ability to lift 1–15 pounds and perform manual dexterity/repetitive motion tasks.
  • •Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
