Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of strategic product development programs from concept through commercialization, ensuring delivery of business, customer, and technology objectives.
  • •Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), portfolio expansion, technology transformation, product sustainment, and productivity initiatives across global organizations.
  • •Develop and execute program strategies aligning technical roadmaps with business priorities and market opportunities.
  • •Apply systems thinking and design thinking to assess end-to-end impacts and translate customer insights into innovative, scalable solutions.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams; lead executive program reviews, risk management, milestone governance, and Agile/SAFe participation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •8+ years of experience leading complex engineering programs involving hardware, firmware, software, connected products, or industrial automation solutions.
  • •Proven experience managing cross-functional product development initiatives in a global environment.
  • •Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management processes.
  • •Experience operating within Agile development environments and driving execution across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
