Supervisor II, Production - Line 2

Supervise employees in production and assembly on Line 2, training, scheduling, and coaching hourly team members to meet quality standards and production goals. Ensure compliance with conduct and safety policies, and participate in interviewing, selecting, and evaluating assigned personnel. Recommend actions on wage adjustments, promotions, transfers, and terminations while leading through engineering standards, RVIA code requirements, and Lean 101 practices.
