Maintenance Operative

Ensure Wingham Court’s buildings and equipment stay fully functional by completing maintenance and repair work to a high standard. Carry out safety and compliance checks using Bupa’s digital systems, manage defects and quotes with approved contractors, and support refurbishment/capex work with minimal disruption. Maintain tools securely, assist with induction on evacuation equipment and procedures, and document residents’ personal space preferences to support person-centred living.
