Key Responsibilities

  • •BIM Implementation Strategy – develop BIM implementation strategy and deliver complex international projects.
  • •CDE Management – establish and administer the CDE and support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
  • •Project Management – coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership.
  • •BIM Execution – create and maintain the project’s industry framework documents (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, appendices).
  • •Technical Support – establish data-integrated workflows for Water Plant projects and provide support, guidance and training to project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •ISO 19650 knowledge and BIM standards expertise
  • •Experience delivering BIM on large-scale Energy projects with dispersed teams
  • •Proficiency with BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Advanced Steel, Plant 3D; Bentley OpenPlant)
  • •Experience administering a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise
  • •Strong multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, issue management, and model coordination (Navisworks/Revizto/ACC)
  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Process/Civil/Architectural/Construction Technology or related field
