O&M Technician - Lv 4

Operate and maintain chilled water systems, AHUs, and cooling units on internal customer-owned machinery. Perform station startup/shutdown, routine tours, equipment troubleshooting, and corrective actions in line with SOPs and safety standards. Maintain accurate shift logs and administrative records, handle plant switching and tagging, and support preventive/predictive maintenance. Serve as an SME for assigned systems, conduct contractor/visitor safety orientations, and investigate incidents to provide recommendations and follow-up plans.
