Support the TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) ecosystem by identifying and qualifying agencies and service providers, owning outreach through onboarding handoff, and coordinating execution across teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities

•Identify, qualify, and approach agencies and service providers to join the TSP program, owning the pipeline through onboarding handoff.
•Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to unblock execution, track program milestones, and ensure commitments land.
•Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated workflows to make partner performance visible.
•Help newly onboarded TSPs accelerate their first 90 days on TikTok Shop, including setup and capability activation.
•Support partners in scouting merchant e-commerce opportunities using category analysis, assortment gaps, and GMV potential assessment.

•Be genuinely curious about discovery e-commerce and where commerce is going.
