2nd Shift Team Lead

Lead and support designated departments/lines on the 2nd shift by managing manpower needs, scheduling activities, and coaching team members. Apply Lean operational excellence tools (Lean/problem solving, JDI, 9Step, A-3’s, MDI boards, 5-S) to drive standard work, continuous improvement, and operational performance. Ensure QMS compliance, meet quality and customer requirements, and perform safety-sensitive work including PPE use and potential lifting up to 40–50 pounds.
