Job Summary

Own FP&A planning systems and AI enablement, designing and improving Pigment workflows for budgeting, forecasting, long-range and headcount planning. Serve as a hands-on modeler, maintain Pigment data pipelines and integrations with systems like NetSuite, TeamOhana, and Salesforce, and troubleshoot user needs. Evangelize AI by integrating Claude and identifying new AI use cases to improve the speed, quality, and depth of FP&A deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and continuously improve Pigment workflows to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and headcount planning.
•Train finance business partners to be self-sufficient in Pigment, enabling them to build models, dashboards, and reports independently.
•Build and maintain foundational models in Pigment used in planning cycles and ad hoc analysis.
•Own the health of Pigment data pipelines and integrations with external systems (including NetSuite, TeamOhana, and Salesforce), resolving issues to ensure accurate, timely data flows.
•Serve as FP&A’s AI evangelist by maximizing Pigment native AI agents, integrating Claude, and identifying new AI applications to improve deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,400 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep, hands-on experience with Pigment including model architecture, formula logic, workflow design, and system administration.
•3-5+ years implementing Pigment or a comparable EPM/FP&A planning tool (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Planning) with hands-on build and configuration.
•Experience building and maintaining data integrations between an EPM platform and external systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or HRIS/headcount tools (e.g., TeamOhana, Workday).
•SQL experience and strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and governance across finance systems.
•Ability to communicate clearly and train non-technical finance partners to build their own models, dashboards, and reports.
