Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured onboarding, role transitions, and early development support for new and promoted employees across assigned markets.
  • •Partner with Community Banking leaders to assess talent readiness, identify skill gaps, align performance priorities, and support client experience and operational excellence goals.
  • •Conduct routine branch visits to evaluate standards execution, provide real-time coaching, and deliver scenario-based training focused on service quality, referrals, sales practices, and operational controls.
  • •Provide targeted coaching through observation, transaction and account reviews, and documentation checks to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
  • •Monitor performance and operational indicators (e.g., referral activity, documentation quality, exception trends, audit findings, and training progress) and collaborate on action plans to address emerging risks.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required; 4–6 years of banking or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management concepts, including documentation requirements, internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance expectations.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and ensure consistent follow-through with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • •Working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft software programs, and strong 10-key proficiency.
  • •Valid Driver’s License required; ability to deliver scenario-based training and real-time feedback across varying experience levels.
