Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management, to include end-to-end delivery for large/complex projects, ensuring client objectives are met within time, cost and quality targets.
  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface, maintaining effective communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and maintain definitions of project requirements and master project plans, coordinating schedules and activities.
  • •Develop and implement resource plans and procurement of resources, and lead the cross-functional project team.
  • •Identify and manage project risks, apply performance management techniques using KPIs, and prepare formal progress reports to stakeholders.

  • •NEC (3/4) accreditation (preferred)
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc (preferred)
  • •Degree qualified in a construction related subject
