Build agentic generative AI solutions for capital markets, integrating RAG-based capabilities into tools used by research, banking, sales, and trading teams. Design and develop machine learning architectures for zero-shot/few-shot learning, embeddings, and neural networks, and lead end-to-end AI operations spanning experimentation, evaluation, fine-tuning, deployment, and ongoing monitoring. Guide teammates through best practices, code reviews, and releases while staying current on deep learning and NLP advances.
