Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, software upgrades, and calibration for ZOLL products according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Update service work documentation in the system and manage service assets accurately.
  • •Support compliance activities, including asset sighting and audits, to meet ISO13485 and GDPMDS requirements.
  • •Oversee service depot workflow and maintain an organized workplace using 5S principles.
  • •Provide daily operational support to the Service Manager and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring quality and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device servicing or a similar technical role.
  • •Familiarity with ISO13485 compliance and service documentation practices.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in electronic and electromechanical systems.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with good communication and organizational skills.
