Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and reconcile customer usage data against licensed entitlements to ensure compliance.
  • •Detect discrepancies (over-usage, under-usage, or compliance risks) and provide remediation steps.
  • •Produce clear, actionable reports and insights for management, finance, procurement, and account teams.
  • •Recommend license allocation adjustments to reduce costs and optimize usage across teams.
  • •Analyze D365 security roles to map them accurately to license types and forecast future licensing requirements based on trends and business plans.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years specializing in Microsoft licensing (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • •Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management license types and entitlements.
  • •Strong experience analyzing user roles and D365 security to map them accurately to license types.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and/or SQL to extract, validate, and reconcile licensing information.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft licensing rules, compliance frameworks, and optimization best practices, with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
