Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety rules and hygiene regulations while performing fabrication operations on raw materials using metal processing machinery.
  • •Set up equipment for operation on PLC, analog, or manual controlled machines and operate machinery to produce transformer parts (wire wind, tape, solder).
  • •Interpret work orders, Kanban cards, and drawings; complete necessary paperwork and system transactions.
  • •Inspect final components against work specifications and perform necessary operator maintenance on machining and fabrication equipment.
  • •Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for continuous operation and calibration; support TPM and 5S+ and provide on-the-job training to new operators.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Previous experience reading calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
  • •Previous experience reading blueprints.
  • •Able to lift 35 pounds (waist, shoulder, overhead) and work effectively without direct supervision.
  • •Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet) and ability to work overtime (weekdays and weekends).
