Product Manager for Reference Data leads data enablement for Market Data Feeds and Addepar Security Master, translating raw data into structured insights, building scalable data platforms, and ensuring data quality. You’ll enable reporting across datasets to inform prioritization, drive commercial understanding, and collaborate with AI-assisted tooling to accelerate product outcomes from Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead data investigations, ad hoc queries, and structured analyses to inform prioritization, requirements, and decisions across the Reference Data team.
•Drive the data quality analysis layer for Market Data Feeds and ASM, including profiling vendor data, validating transformations, and identifying anomalies.
•Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to provide visibility into dataset profitability, licensing costs vs revenue, pipeline health, feed coverage, and commercial activity.
•Query across data systems to produce views and dashboards on profitability by dataset and pipeline tracking.
•Support ASM operational workflows by generating outputs like reconciliation queries, node matching validation, and surfacing data quality issues for action.

Key Requirements

•Strong SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries as a primary investigation tool, not just for reporting.
•Experience with Python for data work (pandas, Jupyter or similar tools) and automation.
•Prior experience as a data/ business/ product analyst in financial services or data-intensive SaaS with a focus on data quality and rigour.
•Ability to build reporting spanning multiple data sources (e.g., Salesforce, finance, and operational data) to produce coherent analyses.
•Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate data-driven product outcomes.
