•Supervise and train junior cooks and kitchen staff in the assigned station.
•Contribute to menu planning by providing input on dishes for the assigned section and monitor inventory for the section.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Culinary Arts or any related field
•Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus
•Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking principles across cuisines
•Experience in inventory control, stock rotation, and kitchen equipment maintenance
•Leadership skills to supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure a collaborative work environment
