Technician- Coater I (B Crew/PM Shift)

Safely operate production coater equipment at the start of the semiconductor coating process to manufacture high-quality photovoltaic solar modules. Monitor equipment computers, alarms, and process data (including SPC) to maintain process control, perform preventive maintenance, and complete quality checks. Conduct training after certification, support cross-functional testing, maintain inventory and waste handling for the next shift, and deliver clear communication during shift changes.
