Key Responsibilities

  • •Review open requisitions and raise appropriate orders for timely spare availability at optimum cost.
  • •Raise purchase, sales and service orders to support operations and review invoices for timely payment.
  • •Calculate, analyze and update reorder levels in ERP for current assets to ensure consumable availability and appropriate inventory levels.
  • •Determine recommended inventory levels based on demands, forecasting and aircraft operations for fixed assets, controlling spend per division strategy.
  • •Support provisioning and scrap activities, recommend actions based on changes in demands and fleet size, and monitor tooling calibration and component performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (or equivalent technical degree) with minimum 5 years of aviation inventory management experience.
  • •Experience in aviation asset management, provisioning, procurement, contract management and/or supplier management functions.
  • •Knowledge of technical manuals (IPC, ITM, MPD) and familiarity with RSPLs, spare repair and warranty, and OEM support contracts (SSC, PSAA) along with lease return requirements.
  • •Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving and project management skills.
  • •Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
