Support the Motor Pricing Team across tariff processes, including data collection and preparation, advanced statistical/risk and behavioral modeling, and scenario testing to evaluate tariff impacts on portfolio performance. Contribute to the development and review of motor tariffs, corporate and automotive quotes, and technical price definitions. Assess model quality, produce reports with updated predicted KPIs, and maintain alignment with group best practices and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop independent technical analyses aligned with group best practice across the full tariff process, including data collection/preparation and rate requirement analysis.
•Perform technical analysis using advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioral models.
•Conduct scenario testing to evaluate the impact of different tariffs on portfolio performance.
•Assess regularly the quality and correctness of models and analyses; develop reports based on updated predicted KPIs.
•Develop independently fleets and automotive quotes and interface with other business functions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 45,000

Key Requirements

•Master’s Degree in quantitative subjects (Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics).
•Experience in motor pricing (2–5 years) in insurance companies or consulting firms.
•Advanced knowledge of the Tower Watson suite (Emblem, Radar, Classifier) is a plus.
•Proficient with SAS, Python, and the Office suite (including VBA for Excel).
•Advanced analytical skills using GLM and/or machine learning approaches.
