Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication from parts through final assemblies.
  • •Manage and administer the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, from problem statement documentation through implementation and execution.
  • •Review ECOs for completeness and impact, determine affected products/processes, and route ECOs to the right stakeholders.
  • •Interface with other engineering functions and impacted EC analysts to coordinate release of product improvements/new products and ensure proper Change Implementation Board membership.
  • •Analyze part structures (including where-used searches) and coach ECO participants; evaluate the ECO process for continuous improvement opportunities and KPI development.
