Manufacturing Engineer

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for part and assembly fabrication, coordinating release of product improvements and new products with cross-functional teams. Drive operational excellence using lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement to reduce cost, improve quality, and establish time standards. Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) end-to-end, mediate issues across divisions, validate test results, and identify root causes to implement cost-effective changes.
