Key Responsibilities

  • •Define governance and processes to ensure project controls success and apply them across projects, programmes and portfolios.
  • •Lead and manage a project controls team on major commissions, coordinating resources and ensuring scope delivery.
  • •Provide SME input in Planning, Analytics and Reporting, Risk, Cost Control, Estimating, Change or Governance.
  • •Deliver confident project status to stakeholders and recommend recovery or mitigation actions.
  • •Mentor and develop a can-do culture, holding work package owners to account and coordinating interfaces and dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Collaboration and leadership, managing a project controls team on major commissions or projects, ensuring all scope is delivered and resources are coordinated effectively.
  • •Experience implementing bespoke Project Controls Management strategies and processes on projects, programmes and portfolios.
  • •Knowledge of best practice project controls principles; ability to translate client life cycle or procurement strategy to Project Controls Execution strategy.
  • •Definition of success metrics and governance to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • •Subject Matter Expertise in at least one discipline of Project Controls (Planning, Analytics and Reporting, Risk, Cost Control, Estimating, Change, Governance and Strategy).
