Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, productionization, and operation of machine learning models and pipelines at scale (batch and real-time).
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify business impact, refine requirements, and drive engineering decisions.
•Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data to build and improve ranking models for product, business, and operational use cases.
•Leverage third-party and in-house ML tools to build reusable, high-performing systems with low-latency serving and maintain model quality.
•Tackle projects like feature platform, model interpretability, hyperparameter optimization, and concept drift detection.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning, inclusive MS or PhD in relevant fields
•Strong programming (Scala / Python / Java / C++ or equivalent) and data engineering skills
•Deep understanding of Machine Learning best practices (e.g. training/serving skew minimization, A/B test, feature engineering, feature/model selection) and domains (e.g. NLP, CV, personalization, search and recommendation)
•Experience with 3+ of: Tensorflow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark, Airflow (or equivalent), Kafka (or equivalent), data warehouse (e.g. Hive)
•Industry experience building end-to-end Machine Learning infrastructure and/or productionizing models
