Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the Procurement Strategy in accordance with lessons learned and input from Category Managers.
  • •Responsible for setting up the Tendering strategy for the Purchase Request under consideration along with Buyer and Category Manager.
  • •Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with the support of the Buyer and Category Manager as relevant, coordinating all required functions.
  • •Manage supplier relationships to foster collaboration, address issues proactively, and drive supplier performance improvements.
  • •Manage the interface with the vendor during Purchase Order execution ensuring that vendors activities are managed in line with project priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years’ relevant project experience within the oil and gas sector, energy sector and infrastructure sector.
  • •Proven track record in managing supply chain packages for complex projects, including offshore, onshore, or subsea equipment.
  • •Strong background in contract management and negotiation, particularly in high-value contracts with technical specifications.
  • •Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain management software to track procurement processes and schedules.
  • •Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in oil and gas procurement and supply chain operations.
  • •Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • •Proficiency in English.
