Own and expand strategic partnerships with key technology and advisory ecosystem leaders, building executive engagement plans and joint business roadmaps. Drive collaboration across product innovation, AI initiatives, cloud/data integrations, and go-to-market alignment to generate pipeline and revenue. Serve as the internal coordination point across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, facilitating executive business reviews and representing the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as executive relationship owner for highest-priority technology and advisory partners, building trusted C-level relationships and creating measurable outcomes.
•Own long-term strategy for assigned strategic partnerships and develop joint business plans with KPIs and executive sponsorship.
•Partner with Product Management and Engineering to influence the partner roadmap and drive adoption of integrations (APIs, MCP, AI-native workflows, cloud data integrations, identity and activation).
•Build joint go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline and revenue, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing.
•Represent Demandbase externally and provide strategic advisory to executive leadership on ecosystem trends and partner strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or enterprise technology.
•Experience managing executive relationships with Fortune 500 technology companies.
•Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
•Proven experience building strategic alliances with organizations such as Salesforce, AWS, Adobe, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or similar.
•Strong understanding of enterprise GTM motions including co-selling, joint marketing, partner ecosystems, and solution development.
